I thought about this when it was first announced...i can imagine a scenario where hq approached mr luis B and presented him with the idea of funding this event he later purchased the pp amd gave hq the necessary funds to headline this event but that is just where my thought process went excuse any typos i in a rush to make it to a show in the city i dont have info to prove this like i said it is just what first came to my mind when i was trying to comnect the dots
