My post June 29th! Is it getting BIGGER and BETTER!
With the Parkers in place, it was time to create a foothold in Hollywood. In September of 2011 we formed a production and marketing partnership with Hi Point Studios. Hi Point Studios is nestled between Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
Under the partnership, we moved our production offices from Winter Park, Florida to Hi Point Studios in Hollywood, California.
Under the partnership, IC Places is granted exclusive access to the television shows and movies being filmed at Hi Point Studios. We then deliver to our viewers, behind the scenes, "1st Look" shows featuring the actors, directors and producers of these films and television shows.
You can see clips of both shows here... http://my.punchtv.net/ I think this new Television Network and its fall line up will surprise you.
BTW... We came up with the idea of the Travel Tech show during our ... first lunch meeting together while we spoke about the other shows we produce and they wanted to air. Within 10 days of coming up with the idea, we shot and delivered the new Travel Tech show. Now that they know they can depend on us, it opens the doors for more shows which we will create with them.
When you have a great foundation relationship in place with your partners and they know they can depend on you, this is how things work out.
Sunset Gower Studios is a 14-acre (57,000 m2) television and movie studio at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Gower Street in Hollywood, California. It continues today as Hollywood's largest independent studio and an active facility for television and film production on its twelve soundstages.
The Technicolor building opened its doors in 2008.
The Historic Sunset Gower Studios, was the hom ... e of such classics movies as Frank Capra’s It Happened One Night in 1934, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington in 1939, Funny Girl and The Caine Mutiny. The studio has continued to host productions of top new films such as The Good Shepherd, television programs which have occupied several sound stages include Heroes, Dexter, NewsRadio, Deal or No Deal, Six Feet Under, JAG, Married... with Children, Soap, I Dream of Jeannie, Bewitched, and the first four seasons of The Golden Girls.
Our first production from the studio is "Travel Tech" with is produced in partnership between IC Places, Inc., Lodestar Film and Tension Films. Travel Tech is part of the daily programming schedule of the new Clear Vision Airport Network which will span 260 airports around the US. The show will be seen at every gate of each airport as the new network rolls out. Travel Tech will offer viewers the latest cool stuff to make life on the road and in the air a better place to be.
