The town council wants to create zoning specific to medical marijuana facilities but it seems they're not quite sure what the regulations should be. I gathered that they will end up with a case by case approval process that will include citizens input. I honestly think they had no idea what an mj facility would look like or how it operates when they approved the permits. Now that they see the facility they're trying to figure out how to regulate future building sites.
