I doubt JBI has enough money to pay for the minimal requirements to stay listed or submit their SEC filings. Could be the only reason why they're two months late filing their 10-Q and couldn't afford to stay listed on the OTCQB.

Then there are all those legal bills from their ongoing lawsuits.

Maybe Heddle is just looking to see if he can dump their assets for more than scrap metal so he can recover more of his loan, after which he'll wrap things up for bankruptcy.
