Town council members have no knowledge of the HC regulations, locals concerned about aroma and getting stopped at the border because their clothes smell. HC regs say no smell may be emitted from the facility. Do the security guards have guns? Scary. Original building permits were for agricultural application. The council seems utterly surprised that this is a medical mj facility.
