You mean Bahje, as "Bill" is a fictional name he uses to hide his real name. Bahle is a character ... a deceptive, misleading, deeply disturbed individual. His Facebook rant outing the personal information of someone in Florida shows that he is mentally unbalanced and unfit to hold any license, whether from Health Canada or from the State Bar of Michigan, which I anticipate will be receiving a complaint from the individual who had their personal information disclosed by Bahje "Bill" Chaaban and who was then upheld to ridicule and infliction of emotional distress by Chaaban on the internet. I hope the State Bar of Michigan institutes disciplinary proceedings against Bahje "Bill" Chaaban and at the very least suspends his license to practice law in Michigan.
The FITX CEO is unfit to be an officer or director of a public company, and certainly not to be an officer of a company which desires to be an approved medicament producer licensed by Health Canada. Until FITX replaces Chaaban, I doubt that Health Canada would approve a company led by such an unstable individual. I fully expect that Health Canada will be (if not already) appraised of Bahje "Bill" Chaaban's recent Facebook tirade and internet stalking/ privacy invasion of the individual in Florida.
