Green Purchases Final Phase IV of the Dutchess Agreement

CORAL SPRINGS, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/15/14 -- Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UDHI), http://www.uniondental.com/ir, a Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout the United States for union members, announced today that Dr. George D. Green has purchased 10,000,000 shares of Common stock to complete the final purchase (Phase 4) of the Agreement which allowed him to purchase all of the Dutchess common stock and all of the underlying shares of stock in the warrant they had in possession. The toxic financing that was started in 2005 with the convertible debenture and warrant is now totally off of the books and records of the company.
