MONROVIA, Calif., July 15, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everlert, Inc. (the "Company"
(OTC:EVLI), announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Darin Shaw as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Shaw previously held the position of in-house legal counsel of the Company's subsidiary, Totalpost Services, Inc.

Darin Shaw is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in both corporate litigation and in business counseling. Mr. Shaw has advised and represented numerous companies in matters involving labor law, securities compliance, M&A transactions and general business law. Mr. Shaw has drafted and litigated contracts involving business and entertainment. He has also litigated breach of warranty cases, improper debt collection and debt reduction cases. In addition to his diverse practice, Mr. Shaw is experienced as a trial attorney, having tried several trials before a jury and obtained a significant jury verdict against Chrysler, LLC.
Mr. Shaw has a J.D. from Loyola Law School. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Weber State University and graduated summa cum laude.
