Good morning Angel, it looks like BCAP has issued an update today that it plans to release documentation to support its claim of 8 billion shares of RIGH.

Simply, no. Our position has been made clear.
In absence of any presently available viable or ethical business model, BCAP will allegedly do their best to attach themselves to our rising star to bilk their investor base. Such is the nature of the governing personalities at hand. FINRA is investigating the matter and we want nothing to do with any entanglements from individuals associated with BCAP. Anyone willing to participate in such tactics is no concern of mine, RIGH, or BG Medical. We prefer to distance ourselves and focus on our core business.
For us, the matter is closed.
