Bill is famously infamous for his 'read in between the lines', and , 'if you pay attention', comments I am inclined to absolutely agree that is exactly what he is saying. Looks like a trip to Vegas is in order very soon. I would suggest if you want some extra shares at a low pps, then now would be a good time to really consider that. JMO GLTA
