I have exercised an incredible amount of restraint

It would have been just as easy for me to respond quite differently to her efforts to destroy. But, again, I exercised restraint. I assure you, this has been no easy task at times although necessary as this is what my moral compass has dictated. However, since her little stint whereby she published CMR's info on the PVEI & XNRG board, falsely naming Jason, myself & CMR as hired promoters for XNRG, my privacy has been invaded in a whole new level, I have received threats (again) and have been forced to remove myself from my work so that I can combat challenges created directly resulting from her actions. Once again, innocent people are wrongly accused, business is disrupted, harassment ensues and challenges that prove to be nothing but a bi-product of sheer hatefulness prevails.
Precious time is taken away from business and family just as it was so many times while with PVEI. Again, directly resulting from the actions of Cassandra and those with the same motives and agenda.
We all have our limits. It was bad enough when I received death threats over yonder when I was en route to Ft Lauderdale back in December. But when someone's actions expose my children, you start to deal with a whole new beast.
Going based on Sweeps stickie, the fact that it appears Saha is still counsel for the company and no retraction to the recent corporate updates issued by PV has been issued, I think it is just a matter of time before the company announces they have finally consummated a very significant deal. Everyone has to bear in mind, too, that the company is setting up to operate as a corporation in a foreign land (the Bahama's). I am not sure how many have read the Statute Law of the Bahamas or Bahamas Company Act, but is no simple, overnight task to do business in the Bahamas for a foreign corporation. Matters not how many tax dollars you may ultimately drop, it is a time consuming process--especially when your goal is to bring in additional foreign entities--and requires significant legal maneuvering. When you are contending with the number of other issues that must be handled, too, including but not limited to clearing out the excrement that accumulated in the years prior to assuming the corporation, you've got your work cut out for you and such takes time. But, it is doable.
Again, so long as the stock is Pink/Current and no announcement that Saha has resigned as counsel...
