Guys, I LOVE this golden cock as much as anybody. I've been watching everyday and reading everyday. I'm sitting on just under 1M shares now thanks to rises and falls.
I'll admit, Yes, I day trade with about 100K shares daily just to constantly increase my position. I starting with 100K and average earning about an additional 15k - 20k shares per week for free based on daily rise and falls, go ahead curse me I don't care, I'm here to make money.
That all being said, once the airline is up and running and all the hype as exhausted (I expect about a year after first flight depending on expansion assuming no additional planes prolonging hype) the share price will follow more normal valuation trading. Unfortunately, with the number of shares sitting out in the market, if Baltia doesn't buy back a bunch of them, the value won't hit anywhere near $5. I hope I am wrong but let's run the numbers. Assuming we take the Pro-Forma as it is (referring to spekulator's post #5439) with 65% capacity. One plane is expected to earn about $120 Million. Let's add in office space, exclusive route and the plane as assets and realistically you are looking at approximately $1Billion net worth speaking optimistically. Dividing $1Billion by 4.4Billion shares give a more realistic PPS of 22.73 cents. Just under a quarter.
That all being said, I believe it will be $4 or $5 a share but not with the current number of shares outstanding by any stretch of the imagination. I believe we will see about 3 years from first flight one of three realistic options in order of probability:
1) Baltia does a reverse split at 10 - 1 to make outstanding market shares more inline with industry average. (JetBlue 296.79 Million, Delta - 848 Million, Spirit - 72 million, American Airlines - 720 Million).
2) Baltia decides to use it's revenue and profit to buyback millions of outstanding shares in order to create less supply for more demand.
3) Baltia creates a great established revenue stream and gets bought out by one of the bigger airlines in order to become a sister or sibling specialty company.
All of these options are great for the shareholders, but unfortunately turn those 1M shares of mine into nothing more than about 100K shares. Either way I'll take it and believe we will ALL MAKE A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS STOCK!! That is the end of my drunken Monday rant, leave all hatemail in my inbox instead of the board please so not to bring down the spirit of the entire board. I'll see you at the Thunder Over Michigan event which as of now I plan on attending.
