Andrew ARNP was seen leaving his apartment this morning on Brookline Ave. dressed as "Uncle Sam" wearing a two foot high USA flag hat and waving American flags. When told by the doorman that yesterday was "Halloween" Andrew shrugged and replied, "This isn't a Halloween costume . . . I was told by the IRB that the 4th of July parade has been moved to November 1st this year!"
