Assuming JBI can overcome whatever the problem is and become current, that will unleash a flood of selling of currently stuck restricted shares. At the same time, JBI will almost double their number of shares.
I don't think they have any more Pump-juice left in their veins. A lot of stock would have to be sold for not much money, making their risk/reward of more stock fraud less worthwhile. I'd be surprised if they could manage an offering to sell enough new shares at a penny to cover Bordynuik's salary for another year.
They still have ongoing legal expenses, and that can't be cheap. Simply going "dark" won't help their situation.
I think the jig is almost up on this one. I'd be surprised to see it still alive by the end of the year.
