the last 2 news items I DO NOT DEEM AS GOOD NEWS THEY ARE A NOTHING. 2 weeks ago we were .11 cents a share. when compounding was announced of 2.7m we went to .15 up from .1440 CLOSE ON THAT FRIDAY. This company had over 40 notes it wrote. There has been no more writing of converts for approx 8 months. There is some inventory that is being sold here and I do not think it is much.
Again here is what the street needs to see:
#1 CASH FLOW POSITIVE
#2 POSITIVE EPS IN Q3 WHICH I BELIEVE WILL BE .015 CENTS
#3 Q4 .025 CENTS IN EPS.
FOR THIS TO TAKEOFF WHICH I BELIEVE THAT WILL HAPPEN THESE ARE THE 3 THINGS THAT NEED TO TAKE PLACE. THE 1ST WE WILL SEE VERY SHORTLY. THE 2ND BIG EVENT IS IN Q3 WHICH WE ARE IN RIGHT NOW. THE STREET WILL WANT TO SEE 2 CONSECUTIVE QUARTERS OF GROWTH AND IF ACHIEVED WHAT I PROJECTED A MUCH HIGHER PPS.
PLEASE REMEMBER IT IS SUMMER AND ITS NOTORIOUSLY SLOW.
