I contacted SRFF about 3 weeks ago.  They will confirm that they represent KMA Global.

The receptionist put me through to one an attorney that could answer my questions.

I asked if they represent KMA Global, they told me yes.

I asked some questions about the letter to the OTC from their firm and the lawyer I spoke with said something to the effect of "what ever written in the letter should be taken for its ordinary meaning, face value" (or similar).

Several other questions were met with "can't discuss" leaglese, attny client priv.

The lawyer also stated "we represent KMA Global, not it's shareholders".

If someone wants to call them again, I guess we could.  I would imagine that if they were resigning as counsel, since something is/was in the works with the SEC, they would have to file some sort of formal recusation with the SEC, saying they no longer represent KMA.

When I posted this on Iturd about 3 weeks ago, i got the most viscious, furious, threatening PM's and responses I have ever had.

I didn't really post the gist of the conversation, just that I had called and spoke to an attorney, and I was immediately ridiculed.

I didn't write down the name of the attorney, but his last name was one of the 4 in SRFF.  The receptionist put me through, no voice mail.

I could check my phone log if it is important enough to know the exact date...
