It's good to see that JBI is still moving forward...
goals still being achieved though slowly.
I will be restless and uneasy right up until JBI finally gets a BoD named and in place!
The BoD is supposed to be the oversight group that HAS SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS as the uppermost priority by keeping the company focused toward a coherent business plan, and guarding against any small group subverting that plan or shareholders' interests!
Luckily two former JBI BoD members kept watchful eyes... and alerted shareholders to some smelly whales and a couple of rotten execs... just another SET-BACK for the JBI timeline, but not a disaster that robbed shareholders of any hope that JBI will yet succeed in the near future.
BUT... WE SHAREHOLDERS need to see a JBI Board of Directors seated and ON THE JOB guarding the hen house for us!
A functioning BoD will make it easier for management, the JBI employees, and shareholders!
