I guess his spot on STT radio is still open or did STT find some one more credible ?  Either way if you wanna listen to this Dude, listen to his STT radio show interview. Buncha bigflake  DAH DAH crap IMHO! Obviously by his post below he gets insider filing information!

You are right Jim may have used it to pay for MSE which then means he is the sole owner and nobody else  shares that ownership...good luck.. 

In order for GTHI to own MSE it must issue shares to buy MSE. Could be a combination of the two Jim's cash and GTHI shares yet it all means absolutely nothing for GTGP shareholders they got stuck with an illiquid shell and worthless shares.
