No it wasn't, it was revealed on this board during the suspension but they were actually issued and dumped on the market before the suspension.

You are right Jim may have used it to pay for MSE which then means he is the sole owner and nobody else sharesthat ownership...good luck..
In order for GTHI to own MSE it must issue shares to buy MSE. Could be a combination of the two Jim's cash and GTHI shares yet it all means absolutely nothing for GTGP shareholders they got stuck with an illiquid shell and worthless shares.
