not saying he diluted anything saying he could have. besides if he does dilute its no big secret its what they all do to raise capital.
His original plan was to trade preffereds for common.
why sell into the market in the trip zero's when he could get more for them in the double zero's.
stock was primed to run only to be halted by an out of the blue cc followed by an unnecessary pr.
not impressive AT ALL.
