Noone could have anticipated the drop in pps. I am expecting license by months end here. That opinion is based on the conversations I had with one of CENs reps. They dont know for sure either but they are expecting any week now. I will post before weeks end on here when I speak to my friend who was #2 in line for inspection out in Edmonton.

The "delay" was not much of a surprise if you spoke to HC recently. They are just very busy and move real slow. They say most companies are failing the inspection.
