Well lets just see what these newly authorized shares are going to be used for before we cry dilution all over the place, they still haven't been issued have they. share count hasn't really moved much lately considering the tight financial situation they are in, again thanks to RH dramatically reducing cost

I have a very strong feeling that these shares will be used in some kind of partnership between this engineering company and JBII, and if that is so then I am all for it.
