There is no way Derek Peterson is this incompetent even though he did lose his job at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney because of a Marijuana problem. How could a CEO with his alleged background in the finance world allow Terra Tech Corp. Treasurer Amy Almsteier to violate such a basic SEC trading rule which ruined market confidence and caused the meltdown from $1.2509 to the current bog pit in the .30 - .50 with volume virtually halted. Another red flag that tells me Terra Tech Corp. is just a vehicle to get rich off Marijuana hype is not only did the CEO not fire the Treasurer for such an idiotic irresponsible act while stocks in the cannabis industry are being halted left and right, but it turns out the CEO is involved in a love affair with Amy Almsteier which may explain why Derek is trying to use Oppedisano instead of Peterson and Amy doesn't claim either aliases. The company carries an accumulated deficit of $20,000,000 currently and amazingly pay rent for the land they assembled an investor funded $6,000,000 greenhouse on that is owned by the Terra Tech Corp. Director's parents. I could go on and on about endless obvious dealings that make investors the butt of the joke at Wall Street watercoolers all over America albeit none more amusing than after all the media and pumping $TRTC doesn't even qualify as a pot stock outside of there press releases and articles alleging that Terra Tech Corp. is a national grower of Marijuana with dispensaries too.
