Ok lets clear the air. I never post here for obvious reasons. I wont play the game.

The email was from a coorespondence I had with Tom. You will notice the name vs. my user name here.

I find it hilarious but typical that this "Barry" would put a negative spin on it and omit a key portion of the correspondence.

Bottom line folks don't drink the koolaid. Koolaid can be served by pumpers as well as bashers! In this case, come to you're own conclusions after conducting you're OWN DD. Bottom line is I KNOW what I hold here and have invested a shi* ton in it. If you are making decisions to invest based on what is posted on a board you will get burned 90% of the time IMO.

We working through the 10K and the audit as well as bringing out quarterly filings from January 2010 to Q3, 2012 up to date. This is a huge task. We are doing a major cleanup of this company.

So, the 10K will get filed with the SEC. I am through picking dates or date ranges for the filing. It could happen at any time.
