You speak as though you are a seasoned energy expert, and that since you haven't seen instant gratification then something must be amiss. However, this begs the question, do you know much about the energy markets and their modes of operation, etc?

It appears not -- I am not inclined to identify my exact experience, but suffice to say I have been in the same industry for 25 years now and it is very aligned with what Treaty is doing these days. Further, myself and any others I have spoken to here that have similar experience are not alarmed at all -- that should speak volumes to anyone here, like wski4fun, that appear to know nothing about oil and gas inner workings.
