This foreclosure rehab is killing me, on the job

This foreclosure rehab is killing me, on the job from 0600 until 1900 or later, finally got an AC unit installed today so inside work should go a bit faster now. It's been well into the 90's here this past two weeks. other then that it still looks like another 5 months or so until 1 st flight.
