I am a JBI long and support the shareholders of the company.
I do not support "the community".
The community has done nothing for the company. They have only worshipped the founder while the founder has treated the shareholders poorly by continually deceiving them and taking actions that have reflected poorly on the company and were serous enough to have two regulatory bodies in two separate countries for two separate reasons ban him as an officer for five years. The community's explanation is that the regulatory bodies are colluding with entities that wish to harm the company.
I made the mistake of believing that the technology was better than it is for too long. The actions of the founder should have signaled me much earlier that nothing claimed could be taken at face value.
The technology has very limited, if any, application. It requires ideal inputs and ideal conditions to achieve results that are marginally profitable, if that.
The filings indicate nothing more. There is no more evolution of the technology. The may have fixed some components, but the results are the same. They may be able to include additional controls that will enable more automation of the process in the future, but the results will continue to be meager.
When skeptics figuratively ask "where's the beef" it does not hurt the company. It is a legitimate question that every shareholder should ask.
There is no beef. There is only road kill.

I guess you aren't going to the JBI CONSPIRACY NUTTERS Christmas party then ?
