joey/Budd: Received a text from an assistant who has rightful access to certain records. It seems Hipple indeed serves as an officer (by definition) of IEquity Corp. (founded May 4, 2012). This finding can explain why SK3 never completed the preferred share issuance, yet all the while misled the market every quarter that IEquity would soon be controlling shareholder, moving the expected date each time. Hipple is barred by SEC from acting as an Officer and Director of a public company until 2015. If IEquity Corp actually owned 60% of the company, there would be a lot of questions raised about his presence. What with IEquity's apparently bogus collectives and the IEquity principals' interconnected business consultant relationships with Burke, Choo, Mayor, Gelmon, and Barrera, a close look by authorities and interested law firms into IEquity Corp. seems in order.
