when JBII triggered threshold
for the first time (2011) and
then the second time (2012)
this isn't rocket science
btw >> gotta love the *sting* just executed (2 x over)
one of which may ensnare some of the bag o wind's compatriots
suspect there are more than a few en route .. and odds are the
vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation is littered with more
than just hedgie trolls
