Hey everyone, hope you are all well after the storm. I think Obama handled it beautifully. When he was asked about the hurricane impact on the election, he said the election would take care of itself. His priority s were in the right place.

At the same time Romney was campaigning in Ohio. He is very slick, I will give props to him. He was able to campaign while there was a national disaster goin on! He actually tied the hurricane into his Ohio speech! I think, and even several Republicans as well, think it was HORRIBLE of him to do that. He showed his true colors, that's for sure.
Obama canceled almost every appt he had to address the situation. It would have showed great character of Mitt if he would have done the same.

He doesn't realize it yet, but he LOST the election, standing on that podium in Ohio. He totally screwed up. He was not worried about the people on the East Coast! He was worried about HIMSELF first, then the country. TFR!(typical f***** republican) Romney should have canceled his campaign stuff, then jumped on a plane to go help the situation. He should have been on the news talking about what he was gonna do to help when it hit and when it was over. It would have proved something to the people he so badly wants to represent! It would have showed people that he actually had a heart. His PR person totally dropped the ball on this one!
Obama cares about people and the nation. Romney cares about only the title!
