The last note was paid off for 71k just several weeks ago. This is the cleanest scrc has been ever in respect to the converts. I believe we have a very good "core" of investors here Bishop that see your vision of $2 in the next 8 to 12 quarters.
For 26 weeks we traded essentially .10 to .12 cents. Recently over the last 4 weeks we have broken out of that trading range and are more in the .13 to .15 range. Its very easy to see for q2 that just ended we will do in revenues 5.3m in revenues on only a very slight loss. last month we did 2.7m in revenues on our compounding which is a run rate of 32m a year in revs. It seems like a reasonable expectation for q3 on our compounding would be 10m. Thats approx 3.3m per month for July.August, and Sept for compounding. Also in the latest PR we started sales for PIMD in florida. This is going to be a highly lucrative business for SCRC. We have our DEA license for schedule 2 thru 5. This is going to give scrc some real fat profit margins on our generic business. Also we have an order for rapimeds of 200k about ready to ship to Hong Kong. I believe when that ships either this month or next we will start getting REORDERS that will truly give us a major catalyst!!!!!!!! Thats 3 big horses in the race that give us 40% to 70% profit margins.
Here is my belief. I believe by august 20th CASH FLOW POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS ENORMOUS PLEASE SHOW ME AT .14 CENT STOCK THAT HAS GONE CASH FLOW POSITIVE!!!!!!!! THE REALITY IS YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY!!!!So what do I think. q3 SCRC will do 11m in revenues a Staggering run rate of 44M!!!!!!! Let me repeat that 44m at 70% profit margins for compounding!!!!!!!!!!! So approx it looks like this 11m x 70% is approx 7.7m at 50% comish we pay thats 3.35m in net income before expenses!!!!!!!!! So lets take 3m for net income x 4 for the whole year that 12m in net income!!!!!!!!! Thats approx .09 cents in earnings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so .09 x 15 1.25 .09 x 20x is !.80.
so q2 5.3m slight loss
imo q3 11m in revenues with a profit of .015 cents per share!!!!!!!! Yes we will be profitable in q3 and earn .015 cents a share!!!!!!! so .015 x 4 is .06 cents in eps x 15 .90 cents per share. Thats the valuation and its not hocus-pocus!!!!
imho .03 cents down approx and on the upside….. well….. u look at the #s and its far greater than the downside. This gets discovered within 120 days or less.
