At that time, I didn't realize Mayor was just a useful tool of IEquity Corp. (Henry Jan, CEO,. Olivia Naveda VP, Robt. Hipple legal counsel) and that SK3, like their Healthcare of Today (revoked) before it, was another of their invidious ploys, shared with crony lenders, to milk investors dry. I couldn't care less if the whole lot of them face charges of criminal conspiracy to defraud or something less draconian.
However, Bekeley Bio, not part of any deception, is of great concern given the suspension of SKTO and subsequent removal to Grey Sheets. I would dread seeing the reputation of GoldNApel besmirched by this fiasco. Therefore, I have urged that they use every means at their disposal to extricate themselves from SK3 and study their options insofar as joining up with a reputable US firm. Reportedly and I dare say, happily, the acquisition of BB by SK3 was never consummated because the 20 million common shares of SKTO to be exchanged for BB were never exchanged because they were never issued.
Great alias. Reminds me of John Bunyan's classic work "Pilgrim's Progress," nothwithstanding that hope by itself is not a good investment strategy.
