Now it's all beginning to come together. Legacy's a popular Belize brokerage these days. It's run by Brian De Witt (or DeWitt). Who is, for what it's worth, a good buddy of Joe Padilla...

CYNK Report from 08/05/2013 now Open
At 12:00 pm on 06/17/2014, CYNK was alerted in the PSS chat (see below) when it was trading around $0.22. CYNK was halted today by FINRA but not before running to a high $21.95 on 07/10/2014. Up almost 10,000% from the original alert. PSS members have also had access to our CYNK research report since June 2013.
From the PSS chat:
(Jun 17-12:00) nodummy: CYNK which was set-up for a future promo (see our June 2013 report) with lots of p&d links http://promotionstocksecrets.com/ibzz-soon-to-b...ch-report/ with some activity today. Float is 81 million so now that it is back into the $.20s that is getting a little higher, but L2 looks thin. The ticker had a couple of false starts last year then went super quiet the past few months. not really expecting a big promo there any more but the volume today was interesting
See the report here: http://promotionstocksecrets.com/ibzz-soon-to...ch-report/
ONLY A FEW DAYS REMAINING TO GET 50% OFF YEARLY MEMBERSHIPS

LOL. lie
They are not pumpers

Board: Cynk Tech., Corp. Reason: Off-Topic
CYNK - They are actually short sellers, or working with short sellers, who know the pump is for a scam company, and they know that they will get assistance from their contacts at the SEC to suspend trading.
It all played out as one would anticipate.
This play has the signature electronic footprint of Anthony Elgindy et al.

There is a big difference between promoting a ticker and alerting a ticker that you had been tracking for over a year to your subscribers because of unusual trading activity pointing to the strong possibility of the stock price going higher.
As this report shows I had been tracking this ticker for over a year.

A lot of work goes into finding, researching, and following these tickers to be able to provide the information needed to help people better understand them and how to trade them.

CYNK - There is also a big difference between promoting a stock to sell shares that were front loaded, and selling shares naked into buying demand generated by promoting said shares.
For someone who is looking out for the best interests of shareholders and investors, and an alleged scam buster, it is surprising to see that your group was promoting a stock that had no business, and no plan.
It will be interesting to see how this all plays out and how deep the SEC wants to dig into the selling.
While they are looking at long-sales, they should be looking at who profited from short-sales.

Nodummy became notorious for unraveling in amazing detail promotion scams several years ago here on the ihub. Saw him expose some of the APS promos at that time. I haven't seen him around in a while, so I guess he spends most of his time doing his on thing. Not surprised he had the low down on CYNK. Very smart fellow with amazing DD skills.
Just my opinion.

So how is he any different from APS? A lot of people jumped into CYNK and lost money. Nodummy's paid subscribers were the dumpers who took other people's money on the promotion of a dead company. I have seen this before.
