Kahuna also raises a good point about the new CPA firm having been retained. Looks like that firm has a few more companies under its belt...a good mix of Pink and QB tiers. Certainly a step up from Mr. Steinback in that regard. And, the owner of the new firm, Peter Messineo, is a CPA (as opposed to Mr. Steinback's ABA credential). Not having a CPA on board with the company to address the financials cited in filings was another sore spot for Cassandra (more pablum from her), so at least that's yet another thing we won't have to hear about in the future. That is, if anyone still actively uses the iHub board...
I also noted in Mr. Messineo's LinkedIn profile that in his over 25 years of accounting experience, he's worked "as an intermediary compiling annual and quarterly filings required of the Securities and Exchange Commission", as well as mergers and acquisitions.
