IT IS THE CONSIDERED OPINION :>>>
of several strong & long & largely invested & very knowledgeable players here in KMAG, who have also been for a long time a member of i-hub, and who have a long time involvement, not only in KMAG, but also in having accumulated much knowledge about minny poo itself, & the way that 'they' do business as an unscrupulous stock promo company, + the very likely collusion of i-hub, as being legally (some what) under the heel of mmg, therefore very likely having to do mmg's bidding:
>>> that mmg could very well be the main culprit with regards to KMAG, and perhaps always has been, right along, even including being the causal impetus via their many willing members, perhaps to flood the SEC with MANY complaints about KMAG &/OR JR. For no one else really has such a personal ax to grind with JR & KMAG, other than minpoo, SO AS TO WANT TO DESTROY JR &/OR HIS COMPANY. MMG is a very powerful & well heeled company, but nefarious & unscrupulous, just as i-hub, and too many of the players there, are also. Many persons of weaker wills & spirits can be easily enough enticed or coerced by such as them, including even higher up people in the SEC or FINRA, or the DTC, as we all know & believe happens from time to time in our federal government! Except Jeff, who told MMG some 3 years or so ago, ie: minnypoo, to go take a flying leap! IMO
BUT TRUTH & HONESTY SHALL PREVAIL! I am still convinced as of this time THAT JR IS A MAN OF GOOD MORAL INTEGRITY whose main desire is to see his company succeed, but only to succeed honestly. He is not a perfect man, but he is basically a 'GOOD MAN' who wants to be & become an even better man! IMO. GLTU & 2 ALL OF US! Jaime 
BTW: whoever reads this post: please pray for me & my Susie, as she goes back into the hospital starting tomorrow, so as to have that reconstructive surgery for her large intestine, so that she can poo again normally, like the rest of us, instead of having to keep on using 'the bag'. She'll have to be in there 5 days. We hope to beat the 1 year of life expectancy/prognosis that one of the oncologists gave her, but NOT by going their way, via chemo therapy, etc. But rather by a radical diet change, b-12 shots, & holistic medicine & natural good foods, no refined sugar, no red meat, or very little, just lots of good, wholesome natural things. PLEASE remember to lift up a few to the man upstairs for us, as after 41 years of being with her & enjoying her, I don't want to lose her anytime soon! Thank you! Jaime
