I'm thinking along the lines that you can't - or shouldn't - file any flight plans until the plane is deemed flight ready (and by that I mean all C-checks completed and the plane is found to be in compliance).

Kind of along the lines of that old saying about putting the cart before the horse............

So I'm thinking we'll get a PR about N706BL's completion before we get wind of any flight plans.

Just my guess...............
