If there was a 'modest R/S, sunny, of 1 to 2, as you suggest: would the pps tend to go back up to the pps that we had before the suspension,
ie: 2 X .0165+= .0330+ or so? This is assuming that we were not on suspension, or that we had already been reinstated and quickly went right back to .0165, where we were before the suspension.
And what about the small mom & pop type share holders, who has perhaps less than 1,000,000 shares, or perhaps even less than 500,000 shares. What would happen to the value of their shares? As it always seems like the small potatoes type of player gets the ol' screw-job whenever an R/S happens. Any thoughts? TIA & GO KMAG! Jaime
