Jeff indicated to me personally that he was completely caught off guard by the SEC. I just think with the MMG issue, shorting and the pathetic complaints going on that he became a victim of circumstance and now people want to crucify him and co.
SIMPLE: it all boils down to one thing. A LOT OF MONEY HERE. ALOT. and who is going to try and make the most off Kmag.
