Agreed, and one other thing on H/C, is that are in the appeal process right now on who can grow weed with respect to individuals, with a mmj license for personal use. This will not go to trial until Feb. of 2015.
That said, it would seem to me that it would be harder to tell exactly how many people will be forced to use the new system , under the new guidelines, if they lost the appeal. General consensus is that HC will win this at trial, but , that is no guarantee that they will.
At the end of this it is all about the cost going up if H/C wins. So, I think that H/C may put in an amendment to it's current regulation that may read something like anyone under a certain income level will be able to receive mmj at a certain lower price which would be close to what the individual could grow it for. That seems to be the issue.
