That post will NOT affect a license....
The employees at HC are paid to do one thing, ensure the guidelines are met to qualify for a license, it the security and quality are there (ALL THEY CARE ABOUT) then HC will grant a license. FITX is Bills company, it is NOT HCs job to judge how a company is run. Am I a fan of it? No. I emailed asking them to lock Facebook page down. Personally all I need to see is an update if they came to look and if a license is granted. Period.
I get being upset, I have done my DD, I have seen bashers make up some CRAZY stuff that was a blatant lie. It scares new investors, some who are new and putting savings into it. At the end of the day, bashing is their way to make money to drop stock, no regard to other humans. Which is why you get in while low, hope a license comes, sue the crap out of the lairs. And focus on growing the business.
To reiterate, HC could care less about an article, if everyone who did business worried about their clients way of handling idiots and manipulation, nobody would do business with anyone.
