Focusing a light and attention is not how to sideline "bashers". You cure the "basher syndrome" by making them inconsequential through results based job performance and legal remedy while making sure your shareholder base and potential shareholders are are comfortable with potential or perceived issues.
I do not support bashers in any way however was it the bashers that designed the share structure? Can anyone say the blocks of shares being sold into the market by MM's are because bashers authorized sale of those shares? Not hardly. Is the SS and a license not yet issued (combined with bashers) the primary reasons for current PPS? Absolutely. Does this cause existing and potential new shareholders to pullback on positioning? Absolutely
So moving forward, how do you entice new capital into the market?
1. Place the bashers on personal ignore while quietly pursuing legal remedy.
2. Address the Share Structure as follows:
(a) SS was utilized to the best interest of the company in part to raise capital and preserve the integrity of the company.
(b) Impact on PPS going forward. It is likely that PPS may be negatively impacted short term as MM's sell blocks of these shares however current rate of absorption indicates only short term minimal effects.
(c) Short term Key Operational components anticipated to increase volume/PPS include a JV/Merger/Acquisition, etc of RXMB/FITX anticipated to be concluded by X date
(d) Benefits of RXMB/FITX merger/acquisition etc...EXAMPLE RXMB currently has approximate revenues of X and provides established distribution channels which the company plans to expand upon........and so on
(d) While a HC license can not be guaranteed, all HC required steps to secure a license to be issued by HC were completed by X date.
IMO, a positive shareholder message combined with legal remedy is how you isolate and minimize "bashers". WHY? Because after legal action is initiated, PR announcements would position you in the industry as the hero that went after an obviously manipulated system, whether you win, lose or draw.
It's time to take a breather then move forward by assuring existing shareholders and new money that the company HAS taken care of business.
