I understand Bill's frustration as a lot of us who are here are here for that same reason. But, I really don't think that Bill understand that by doing this on social media is Not the best avenue.
No matter what facts he gives, there will be those who twist, and spin what he says. This action will not stop them. Only legal action will and that is expensive and a wasteful way to spend company money, unless you pick out the worst and go after just one or two in order to make public examples of them.
I agree that he is to emotional and passionate to have these conversations with these nut cases. I hope he realizes it would be much less damaging to let a third party do damage control.
