$OOIL on Alert From .13 Cents Has Leveled Out and started to consolidate in the .17-.22 cent range.
BIG NEWS JUST OUT SEE STICKY ABOVE!
The chart is showing strong strength and has now consolidated enough to have tons of room for the next leg up.
Once we break the 200 day moving average the stock will move fast towards the .30 to .50 cent range.
The share structure is small which makes the ask super thin on the way up.
