On October 1, 2013, the Company completed a non-brokered private placement up 79,900,000 Common Share units at $0.005 per unit for total gross proceeds of $399,500(This is already in the float). Each unit consisted of one Common Share and one Common Share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable for 12 months from closing at an exercise price of $0.05 per Common Share(So far 26723000 have been exercised officially). No insiders participated in the financing(Which means T/A has the answer from what I gathered the rep didn't know he said "I looked at google finance" when I called them. Finders' fees of $4,840 and 1,040,000(I'm sure these went early.) finder's warrants exercisable for 1 year from closing at $0.05 were issued in connection with the closing.

Adding 48,174,362 + 79,900,000 .005 warrants that were exercised = 128,074,362 o/s. This was the O/s Prior to any .05 warrants being exercised.

So if we subtract current o/s as of June 2nd 185,682,362-128,074,362=57,608,000 shares of the .05 warrants have been exercised.
Subtract 79,900,000-57,608,000= 22,292,000+1,040,000(Finders fee associated with the warrants)= 23,332,200 .05 warrants are left.

The Company has agreed to issue a total of 93,211,063 common shares at a deemed price of 0.07
per share, half of which to be issued on closing and the other half upon granting of the full
MMPR Licence.
The parties have entered in
to an escrow agreement pursuant to which
70,389,957 shares will be released over a 3 year period in 15% tranches every six months, the
first release being on December 1, 2014.
Neither control of or the board of Supreme will change.

Ammcan MMPR Application submitted and pending (security implementation) Appears AMMCAN applied in January so this MMPR deal happened some time ago. If you read this privately AMMCAN was raising $25,500,000.00 Read page 4. Supreme paid 6 million dollars in shares and 4.5 million dollars in cash(for facility) for AMMCAN. Thats 10.5 million dollars. AMMCAN understands the value as a publicly traded company so they gave supreme a discount for the takeover. This should see a much bigger valuation in the 50 million to 100 million(.50-1.00 minimum price per share) once the MMPR is in the hands of Supreme. IMO. Link below:
