From VP:
I haven’t had the time to look into this too deeply – but I did want to get back to you. Costco is funny about their distribution. When a vendor gets into Costco – they have so many days to move their product or they start having chargebacks in which case they can actually lost money through the Costco distribution channel. I would be checking inventory at my local costcos to see if it is actually selling.
You will need something in the way of earnings to move this stock – but the company seems to be just the distributor. There are less than 10 employees. It is pretty risky – but you knew that.
If you get a double by some miracle – I’d advise you to sell at least your original investment. That makes everything else gravy.
BUT – are you prepared to take a total loss on this? This is a lot of money and I am certain there is no value in bankruptcy.
What is your rationale that you value this at $0.10? Just curious?
