( NDAQ ), parent of the world's first electronic stock market, today announced The NASDAQ Stock Market and other NASDAQ OMX-owned U.S. exchanges and markets and the FINRA/NASDAQ Trade Reporting Facility will be open for business on Wednesday, October 31.
