Lets wait for the next update from Matt. That should provide the updated timeline on the audit.
From what I've read, the S-1 process should be complete in three months or less following document submission. Remember that let's BCAP trade on a higher exchange, but the key will be new clients (revenues for BCAP). The importance of the uplist is that we own an audited company with no hidden problems.
