I don't understand why someone doesn't actually re

I don't understand why someone doesn't actually review that. I mean, if that is happening, it should be absolutely clear cut that something illegal is going on. I know, I'm probably being naïve that the government/SEC is actually out there to protect us investors, but you'd think some young, new recruit at the SEC would start digging into this and figure out who is doing it. I get it that I'm assuming that anyone actually cares what happens to us small investors, but man...it's annoying that this is happening over and over and over again and no one with any power to stop it gives it a second glance.
