I really don't need to read anything about Phot, was not invested with them. I lost a boatload of money with SKTO because of well timed,
misleading and orchestrated PR's. I have nothing more to loose and may possibly be able to recoup a portion of my losses. I am exercising my independant legal rights without any outside influences. Yes, I have had several board members here contact me willing to be part of any litigation and willing to share some of the evidence they have acquired themselves. I am acting solely on my own behalf a this point. I respect those individuals whom still believe in this management ( I used to be one of them) but I no longer believe nor trust anything from any of them. I would think with your background in law would also be more than confused with recent filings. Yes maybe SEC is on a witch hunt but if management would of been playing by the rules they would of not been able to suspend them. Bottom line is many lost large amounts of money. Management or insiders did not! Benz=not. art =not, Henry Jan= way not, and the rest of the inside gang did not loose anything but credibility IMO. Once they get into the courtroom everything will be disclosed.
