no they dont, i trade e-trade, have many friends their, will say the story i get from them very different, they say only mm can short a penny stock, and i am willing to bet you call yours and ask if you can short righ, and they will say no, the short volume speaks for its self, yes someone is shorting righ, but agree mondays action was something eles, with all thoses shares being sold, you and i know someone bought them, the only difference between a buy and sell, is bid and ask, meaning some one was sitting on the 6's all day buying, no matter what was dumped, someone had their finger on buy, even though you did not see a huge bid, it was there, smart money gobbled up the one billion shares, pr was week , very week, for a reason, so not to bring in to many fish, and mess up what, they wanted to do, my feeling is monday went perfect!
