Let me correct you on your posting here since you have made reference to me. I did say that PPS will drop based upon (a) technical analysis (b) the quantity of shares MMs are/will be selling into the retail market (c) timing of events.
I did not say the PPS will drop "so sell and buy them back cheaper" although I do believe it prudent to have a strategy for accumulation. While it may seem a small difference it is in fact significantly different. Just selling leaves you open to chasing and if you sell shares that you bought at a price higher than current market price you would suffer a loss of the original capital invested. I have advocated holding a core position and trading between ranges with taking of profits at the top of a range (over the original purchase price) then watching for confirmation (technical analysis again) to either buy additional shares or to sell additional share. In either case, including buying at just over SMA200, etc., I always advocate use of GTC Limit Buy/Sell orders as part of the operational strategy.
If you have an questions I will be happy to answer them for you.
